Curriculum

WOI is supported and overseen by First Baptist Plant City and is licensed through Hillsborough County Child Care Licensing. We hold contracts with The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County for VPK and School Readiness the programs. WOI Preschool uses the Wee Learn and Beyond Centers and Circle Time Curriculum along with other research-based and developmentally appropriate resources as a foundation for the program and daily lessons. Wee Learn is Faith-Based, and both focus on interactions, learning through play and are approved by the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County.

Chapel

We love to teach children about God’s Word and His love for us! Chapel is held every Wednesdays in our Chapel.

Communication

Communication between WOI and our families is of the utmost importance.Therefore, we will be using the following items to support clear and meaningfulcommunication with you, the parent.

• Newsletters will be sent home monthly to keep you up to date on all of our planned activity.
• Daily Schedule Forms will be sent home with our Infants,Ones, and Two’s.
• Kinderlime is our electronic communication program that allows parents to chat with your child/ren teachers.

Tuition Rates and Fees

There is a $125.00 non-refundable registration fee – The registration fee and the first week or months tuition are due at the time of registration.

Children are placed with the age-group they will be entering school with (whenever possible) and will be moved up to the next class accordingly. Tuition is based on the room your child is in with the rate changing as they move up to the next classroom.

Weekly tuition is due on Mondays. Payments received after Tuesday will result in a $35 late fee.

An additional fee of $5.00 for the first minute and $2.00 for every minute thereafter will be added for late pick up.

A $35.00 “insufficient” funds fee will be charged for a returned check.

All payments are non-refundable.

A two-week notice is requested if you wish to withdraw your child from the program. If you wish to re-enroll at a later date, a new registration fee will be due at the time of re-registration. We accept cash, check, or money order.
